BELA PENNE WITH TOMATO SAUCE
- 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 chopped onion
- 3 chopped garlic cloves
- 1 small, chopped pepper
- 1 kg peeled and seeded tomatoes, chopped
- 400 grams of cooked penne pasta
- salt to taste
- basil to taste
- grated cheese to taste
PREPARATION
- Heat the olive oil in a pan, brown the onion, garlic and chopped pepper.
- Add the tomatoes and salt and cook for 2 minutes. Turn off the heat.
- Mix the penne pasta, basil leaves and cheese.
- Transfer to a serving dish and serve.
