CORNFLOUR CAKE
Ingredients
- 2 cups of cornflour First Choice
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup of milk
- Half a cup of oil
- 1 and a half cups of sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
Preparation
- Put the eggs in a bowl and beat until they are completely liquid
- Once mixed, add the milk, oil and sugar. Mix again until the mixture is smooth
- Once this is done, add the cornflour. We recommend adding it little by little and whisking while you add it.
- Add the yeast and stir gently
- Place all the previously prepared dough in a greased and floured mould. It should be a very light and liquid dough
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC for approximately 40 minutes. Please note that this time varies from oven to oven. If the toothpick comes out dry, it's time to take the cake out.
