Sponge Cake
INGREDIENTS
- 10 tablespoons sifted Xiluva wheat flour
- 8 ovos
- 10 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 dessertspoon baking powder
PREPARATION
- Beat the eggs in a mixer until smooth.
- Acrescenta o açúcar, aos poucos, enquanto bates.
- Finally, add the Xiluva flour little by little, still whisking.
- Add the yeast, with the mixer switched off, and stir carefully with a whisk (fouet).
- This dough rises a lot, even without yeast, which is why it is an optional ingredient.
