In partnership with the Repensar Environmental Education Cooperative, MEREC launches an initiative on the importance of environmental prevention and waste management.

This initiative involves the promotion of good practices, as well as the dissemination of existing ecological clubs in schools, so that more children can participate and become ambassadors of good environmental practices.
The launch of the initiative coincided with the month of the Child and Environmental Prevention and will last for 3 months, covering several schools in the Province of Maputo. So far, activities have been conducted in 2 schools: Machava SEDE Complete Primary School and Triunfo Complete Primary School.
