It is the Merec Industries, SA loyalty program, with the aim of recognizing its loyal customers. To participate in the program, costumers must register in the Merec database, via the Merec Plus application, available at the google playstore, via SMS or by calling the customer’s line: 800 637321, accumulate the points, which are designated by products (please check the list of products participating in the program). After you have accumulated at least 100 points, you can start redeeming the items equivalent to each point.

A: To access the points, you must buy Merec Industries, SA products, from the FORTE range of poultry feeds, Forte A1, A2 and A5. Inside of the bag, you will find a card that will give you points. After purchase, you must register in our Merec Plus application, available on google PlayStore or through our customer line 800637321.
A: If you dont have access to a smartphone with Android system, you can register through our customer line, 800637321. You can call and speak to our agent or send an SMS with the word: REGISTER and wait for our agent to return to you.

A: We don’t have a date yet, to make this program available for other lines of our products.
A: The delivery of the prizes can vary from 72h to a maximum of 30 days after the claim, depending on the customer’s location.
A: No. Electronic prizes such as airtime recharges and credelec (credit for electricity) will be sent by SMS to the customer. The physical prizes will be sent to our store, reseller, or distributor closest to the customer, and the customer must collect it at his own expense.
